    Pat,
I must admit that, first and foremost, I visit your blog for the excellent content and your wise insights, but the new look is very nice – clean and open – and captures that sense of searching. As they say, may the road rise to meet you.

Hi Patrick, I like the new look! Question: no trackbacks anymore? :-(

    Tracksback coming. Good catch Michelle.

    Patrick:
This looks really good; as one who also became the master of my own domain I know how fun switching can be.
I also like the open road motif. It certainly gives the sense of a search.
Of course, it also conveys a risk of getting flattened like a pancake if client service is ignored…

You’re giving me blog envy. Now I want mine to look this good.

Pat: Looks awesome! I love it. The road pic with the rugged mountains in the background says it all. It is easy to talk client service. But the road eventually turns upward and gets a little more difficult to navigate. Client service is a daily commitment with many challenges. It takes passion to stay on the path.
I wonder how many firms started out talking client service and ended up traditional hourly billing firms? Logging hours is brainless. For the weak, many challenges await …
Keep up the great work. Your blog is an inspiration to those committed to ‘stay on the path’ …
